Auto Repair in Kapolei

My vehicle arrived from the mainland and I needed a safety inspection. I choose another location other than Car Geeks because it was closer to my location. That was a BIG MISTAKE. I had a minor item that needed to be taken care of. After two days and several hours the issue was not resolved. I decided there would be no third visit to that location. I learned about Car Geeks from a local auto body repair shop, What a difference!!! Car Geeks management and staff are friendly, professional, fast and efficient. They were able to resolve my issue in one day and were informative about the process of registering a vehicle in Hawaii savings me at least one additional trip to the Hawaii DMV. Care Geeks is now my go to place for auto service. A special thanks and recognition goes out to Kyle.

I called Car Geeks after my check engine light came on unexpectedly. They were able to have me come in the same day and quickly diagnosed the issue. My front air conditioner began acting up a few months ago. Sounded like water was leaking inside of the right side vent and the front air vents stopped blowing cold air. Back vents were still working perfectly fine. Took it into dealership and they told me nothing was wrong. After a few more months front air conditioner failed completely. Coming out of Walmart one day I seen an advertisement for car geeks. I didn’t call right away but saved the number in my phone. Eventually with this heat, I finally decided to call. Dropped my car off at 8am and by 10am they called to give me a diagnosis. By 12pm they had fixed the issue and my car was ready for pickup. Everyone I spoke to was super kind and they were very professional. I would recommend Car Geeks for those who live in the Kapolei area that are looking to get their vehicles serviced.

GREAT SERVICE! Car Geeks is the only place that I've been to for car service that takes pictures and videos and an explanation of what ever problems that were diagnosed and sends a link to the customer email to either accept or decline the service option. They also have great service rates that are more affordable than most places on the island! They don't push for you to spend buckets of money like most places, CG is thorough, fast and very dependable to work on satisfying the customers needs. The service we received for our car was excellent and was done within a few hours! Of course this can vary from car to car. We plan on bringing our truck here to get serviced as well and look forward to coming again to this one stop shop!

WOW..... saw a small sign at Costco Kapolei and thought sure why not.... well called made an appt showed up 15 min early and they right away started processing my appt. Pleasant people - professionally dressed - pretty tech savvy all info processed via electronically which is nice for trackability for the customer later on down the road. Nice waiting room, comfy chairs and most of all the shop is very clean, professional guys in uniform as well. Overall a strong 9-1/2 outta 10 stars...the 1/2 is for the smallllllll water cups HAHAHA...

Big Mahalo to the staff at Car Geeks Kapolei! Booked an appointment 24 hours in advance because the front break pads and axle rotors on my 2007 Honda Accord needed to be fixed badly. The staff was very nice, very efficient and detailed oriented. If anyone in the Kapolei area needs to get their vehicles fixed, definitely recommend this place!

The service staff at Car Geeks was wonderful! Made an appointment to have my car inspected and didn't have the right insurance card on me, so I had to come back the next day for the final paperwork. They made sure I got in and out quickly, and all were so accommodating. Great to find fast and friendly service close to home. I'll be sure to use them for other services as well!

I was initially expecting my car to be gone for 2-3 days and the actual repair cost to be a little higher than quoted.. i have trust issues. However, my car was up and running about 3 hours later and the final cost was LESS than the initial quote. Cost was fair and service was great. Any car problems I can't fix.. I'm going to Car Geeks!
