I had scheduled an oil change in the morning for 11:00am. I came in an hour early and they started changing the oil within 15-20 mins. It took less than an hour to change then I was back on the road. Service was great, they didn't make me feel pressured into getting anything else replaced. Would absolutely go back for another oil change or anything else.

I was very satisfied with the service on my two vehicles, oil changes and tire rotations. Kyle, shop manager, coordinated with his team in the service department to keep my business in the future. I would recommend CAR GEEKS,, to my friends and family for the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the Kapolei branch.

First timer ! The atmosphere is amazing and the crew is genuinely friendly . They got me in and out and was able to provide me with plenty of information about the issues my truck has. Creating an appointment was fast and easy; they definitely will work around your schedule/budget. Needed to change my front/rear brake pads and rotors. Mr. Ruben informed me that they will do a diagnostic and let me know what’s happening with my brakes. Mr. Ruben called me back and told me what need to be done. The Price/service was great. Mr. Ruben kept me informed on the progress of the service. Awesome… Job well done… Mahalo..

Very pleased with my experience with Car Geeks. I had just bought an old Jeep and they did a detailed inspection for me and an oil change. They explained everything in detail and it felt like they were looking after me instead of just trying to sell me more stuff like other garages. Definitely recommend.
